Our client was indicted a 3rd degree indictable felony\u00a0crime where he faced up to 3 \u2013\u00a05 years in state prison and thousands of dollars in restitution and fines. The case was first\u00a0referred to\u00a0Plea Disposition Conference \u201cPDC\u201d\u00a0at the Superior Court but when a plea agreement could not be reached, the case was indicted by the Grand Jury and\u00a0sent to a criminal trial judge.
