Karen Bustos
Karen Bustos has been in the legal profession for well over a decade. Karen serves as the Head Paralegal at the Law Offices of Proetta, Oliver & Rosen, where she oversees the essential administrative and legal support operations for our criminal defense team. With years of experience managing high-stakes caseloads across New Jersey’s Superior and Municipal Courts as well as our Federal Courts, Karen is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to navigate complex procedural requirements, including JEDS filings and expungement portals. During her tenure, Karen has developed a rapport with the courts which is often vital when it comes to solving complicated
challenges.
She acts as a primary liaison between the firm, the courts, and our clients, ensuring that every case is handled with the precision and urgency it requires. Karen is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals facing challenging legal circumstances, helping them navigate every step of the process from initial intake to final disposition.
